The area called « countryside in Paris » in the 20th district (photos) is one of the few places in Paris, still containing houses with gardens and old style paved streets. It is a green spot sought for its closeness to shops and transports. You can reach center Paris in 15 to 20 minutes on the subway or by bus or bike.
Alain manages these bed and breakfast in this charming newly restored house in 2008.
The house offers necessary comfort and calmness after a day of visit in the capital city.
Guests enjoy being alone at the first floor, in 2 bedrooms each designed to accommodate 2 persons, one on the garden, the other on the street with a small balcony. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is reserved for the first floor next to the rooms.
The owners have their private apartment on the second floor.
On the ground Floor are located the living room, the kitchen both opening on the garden and terrace, in which guest have access.
Les tarifs. Les prix peuvent varier selon les chambres et les saisons. Ils sont à vérifier auprès des propriétaires.
A titre d'exemple, les prix pour une chambre pour deux personnes sont de 90€ pour une nuit , et de 500€ pour une semaine.
